On high-desert winter trips in Joshua Tree in the high teens, the inside of their Rainbow Li iced over from internal humidity with the door closed, though they have no such issue in the Sierra in summer.

Their Rainbow Li is light and very versatile, squeezing into skinny sites; at 5 ft 4 in on a regular/wide pad there is plenty of room at both ends plus space for the pack at the foot.

Finds their Tarptent Rainbow Li palatial, with steep head and foot walls; not as light as a trekking-pole tent but still nicely light.
