Absolutely loves their Copper Spur UL2 with their 30 lb dog: still super light for how roomy it feels, with room for dog and pack inside.

They and their 45 lb dog fit perfectly in the Copper Spur HV UL2 with room for their pack, and at 2.5 lb it is light enough for long hikes.
At about 185 cm their Copper Spur UL2 gives room for gear or to stretch out diagonally, and they wouldn't want anything smaller.
Has and loves their Copper Spur UL2, though they now mostly use a footprint and tarp.
Carries a Copper Spur two-person tent, doubling up with others or enjoying the extra space solo, and finds it worth carrying.
They and their partner used a Copper Spur HV UL2 with two pads; the pads overlap a bit at the feet but it's not a big deal.
Shared a Copper Spur 2P with their girlfriend and found it pretty tight, with their pads overlapping.
Loves their Big Agnes Copper Spur HV UL2 and would consider the one-person version if they were much thinner.
“Nice review. I love my Big Agnes copper spur hv ul2. If I was a much thinner guy I would consider this one person tent.”
Rode out a surprise mountain thunderstorm with about three hours of 1–2 cm hail and strong gusts in their Big Agnes Copper Spur HV UL2 and stayed warm, dry and comfortable; no longer worries they overpaid or about surviving weather in it.
“A few nights ago, I rode out a surprise mountain thunderstorm with about 3 hours of hail (1-2cm hailstones) and blasting gusts of wind. I was warm, dry, and comfortable. Big Agnes Copper Spur HV UL 2.”
Their Copper Spur HV UL2 mtnGLO, bought new in 2017, has been used on Sierra backpacking and bikepacking trips and they call it a great tent; two adults fit, but the tapered floor makes it a squish at one end with two 25-inch pads.
Uses their Copper Spur HV UL2 in southern Utah when camping on slab; it works well and has been pretty stormworthy.
Put their new Copper Spur HV UL2 through four days including an intense thunderstorm; at 6 ft 3 in on a large XLite their feet never touched the net. Their only complaints are the fly zippers and a vent placed right over their head.
Loves their Big Agnes Copper Spur HV UL2, a very doable 2-person tent at about 3 lbs.
Uses the Copper Spur HV UL2 solo (and an HV UL3 with their son) for about 50 nights in sand, rocks and wet areas with a footprint and has had no difficulties; the Copper Spurs get the most use in their house.
Really loves their Copper Spur HV UL2 but rain pools a lot on top, in the triangle where the cross bar meets the corner-to-corner poles, which they see as a big flaw.
Loves their Copper Spur HV UL2 and still uses it for bikepacking, though for backpacking they want to drop about 1,000 g by moving to a Duplex.
